Privacy Policy

ToonOffice.ai (“ToonOffice”, “we”, “us”) is an AI workspace where you build a team of AI agents that do real work for you. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. ToonOffice is operated by CET (THAILAND) COMPANY LIMITED (Tax ID 0105560145831). Questions: support@toonoffice.ai.
Information we collect
- Account info — when you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your name, email, and profile picture to create your account.
- Content you create — the tasks you give your agents and the deliverables they produce, so we can show your work feed and office.
- Connections you add — API keys/tokens you choose to connect (e.g. exchanges, Slack, Notion). These are encrypted and used only to perform actions you trigger.
- Usage data — basic, app-functional data such as coin balance and activity, to run the service.
AI processing & third-party AI providers
ToonOffice is an AI product. To do the work you ask for, the messages you type, files you attach, and the work context of your office are sent to third-party AI providers that run the models on our behalf, namely Google (Gemini), Anthropic (Claude), and OpenAI. We send this data only when you give your AI team a task or chat with it, and only to produce your results — it is never sold. Inside the app you are asked to consent before any data is sent to these providers, and you can decline. Each provider processes the data under its own terms and does not use it to train its models on our paid/enterprise tiers.
Content other people can see
If you make your office public or send another office a ToonMail, the office name and the text you post become visible to other users. We filter clearly objectionable material, and every place you can see another user’s content includes a way to report it and to block that user. Reports go to our moderation queue and we act on them. How we use Google user data
If you choose to connect a Google service, you grant access through Google’s consent screen. We request only what each feature needs, and your agents act only when you tell them to:
- YouTube (youtube.upload) — to upload videos you generate, to your own channel.
- Google Drive (drive.file) — to save files your team creates; we can only see files the app itself created.
- Google Sheets (spreadsheets) — to log your deliverables into a spreadsheet the app creates for you.
- Google Ads (adwords) — to read your campaign performance into a report. We do not change your campaigns without your explicit action.
How we store & protect your data
- Connection credentials and OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM, and decrypted only at the moment we run an action you triggered.
- Data is hosted on reputable cloud infrastructure in the Asia-Pacific (Singapore) region.
- We never sell your data and never share it for advertising.
Sharing
We share data only: (a) with the services you connect, to perform the actions you trigger; (b) with infrastructure providers that run our app under confidentiality terms; or (c) where required by law.
Your choices & data deletion
- You can disconnect any integration at any time in the app, which deletes its stored credentials.
- You can revoke Google access at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
- You can delete your account and all associated data from inside the app (Account → Delete account), or email support@toonoffice.ai and we will remove it.
Children
ToonOffice is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
We may update this policy; we will revise the date above when we do.
