These terms govern your use of ToonOffice.ai (the “Service”), operated by CET (THAILAND) COMPANY LIMITED(Tax ID 0105560145831). By using the Service you agree to these terms. Contact: support@toonoffice.ai.
The Service
ToonOffice lets you build a team of AI agents that perform tasks you assign and, when you connect your own accounts, take actions on those services on your command. ToonOffice is the interface; you connect your own accounts and keys and you trigger every action.
Your account & responsibilities
- You are responsible for the accounts, API keys, and content you connect and the actions you trigger.
- You must have the right to use any account or service you connect, and comply with that service’s terms.
- Do not use the Service for unlawful, harmful, abusive, or infringing activity.
Gold & Token
Gold is a prepaid in-app currency used to hire AI teammates and to obtain Token. Token is the in-app fuel consumed when AI features run. Neither Gold nor Token is money; both are non-transferable for cash, cannot be converted or redeemed back into money, and have no cash value. Gold purchases are final except where a refund is required by law.

Your content
You retain ownership of the content you create. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Service (e.g. storing and displaying it back to you).
Availability & warranty
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CET (THAILAND) COMPANY LIMITED is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.
