How to set up the LINE Chatbot — step by step
Do this once, about 5 minutes (everything is free)

Create a LINE Official Account (if you don't have one)
Go to manager.line.biz → “Create account” → enter your shop/brand name. You'll have a free LINE OA instantly (already have one? skip to step 2).

Open a Messaging API channel
Go to developers.line.biz/console → create a Provider (any name, e.g. your company) → create a “Messaging API” channel linked to the LINE OA from step 1.

Copy the Channel Secret
In the channel's “Basic settings” tab → find “Channel secret” → copy it.

Issue a Channel Access Token
In the “Messaging API” tab → find “Channel access token (long-lived)” → click Issue → copy the long token.

Paste into ToonOffice, tap “Chatbot”
In your ToonOffice office → LINK (connect apps) → choose LINE OA → paste the Channel Access Token + Channel Secret → tap “Chatbot”. That one tap wires your webhook automatically (no URL to copy).

Turn ON the Webhook switch (important)
Go to manager.line.biz → Settings → “Response settings” → turn “Webhook” ON · and turn OFF LINE's own “Auto-reply messages” — otherwise LINE won't forward customer messages to the bot.

Teach your AI
Social menu → Automation settings → type your knowledge in plain language (prices, promos, hours, how to order, answers you want) · add “quick answers” for frequent questions.
